Chloe is an expert at helping you feel plugged in to the best version of yourself. Through exploring your diet and lifestyle, Chloe helps identify where the gaps are, to help you move from feeling stuck, to empowered and enabled.

Over the past 14 years, Chloe has honed her skills and expertise in gut health, food intolerance and sports nutrition to make her one of the most sought after nutrition experts in the country. Be it working with individuals, corporates or food industry, Chloe knows how to help her clients be their healthiest selves, to feeling plugged in.

Chloe is founder and director of nutrition consultancy Verde Nutrition Co, where she works with her team to provide individual nutrition consultations via Telehealth. Chloe also loves working with companies that create innovative products that optimise health, as well as developing and delivering nutrition focused corporate wellbeing programs.

Having previously led multiple successful businesses in the nutrition space, Chloe was also Head of Nutrition at the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League team for 5 seasons, consulted to Vida Glow on their skin professional panel, as well as working with multiple individuals and businesses, all with the focus on helping achieve specific outcomes, through optimising nutrition. Chloe’s diverse experience across these areas of nutrition is unmatched.

With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University and a Masters of Public Health at the University of Sydney, Chloe’s passion and expertise makes her one of the leading experts in nutrition in Australia.

Chloe has worked with the media for a number of years providing expert commentary, writing for publications such as Body & Soul, Women’s Health and Vogue, appearing on TV shows such as House of Wellness, or weekly appearances on Talking Lifestyle on 2UE radio. In 2019, Chloe was featured in Women’s Health magazine as one of their top Fitluential women, along with being awarded the Excellence in Sports Nutrition Media by Sports Dietitian’s Australia.

What we eat has a direct impact on our mood. In our ever changing world, harnessing what we choose to consume to optimise mood is something we can all do – with the right knowledge and tools.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • The science between what you eat, and your mood
  • Why the gut brain axis is so important
  • The real superheroes when it comes to optimising your mood
  • What to eat more of, what to eat less of

This session includes a practical worksheet to use in the session

Performance Nutrition – how to eat to unlock your human potential

Feeling at your best allows you to perform at your best – in all facets of life. Nutrition is an often under-utilised tool that you can use to unlock your human potential, to allow you to be your best self, so you can perform at your best.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How nutrition can unlock your human potential
  • The science behind it
  • Practical strategies and interventions you can start immediately
  • How to be in the 1%

This session includes a practical worksheet to use in the session
